Exterior of a modern multi-storey car park structure at blue hour

A parking company. Not a software company.

We work on the part of a building most people only notice when it fails. Our job is to make sure they never have to think about it.

Parking is our whole business, not a product line.

PS Parking Solution Pvt. Ltd. designs, installs and operates parking systems and parking infrastructure for commercial and institutional properties in India. Malls, hospitals, corporate campuses, residential developments, hotels and transit sites.

We work across the whole chain - the survey, the design, the equipment, the civil interface, the staff on shift and the reporting that lands on the property owner’s desk. That range is deliberate. It is what stops a parking problem from becoming an argument between three suppliers.

Commissioning on site - the work that decides whether month four is quiet

Four habits that decide how a site turns out.

01

Survey before specification

We do not quote from a drawing alone. Somebody walks the site at its busiest hour, counts what actually arrives, and watches where the queue forms. That visit sets the specification.

02

Design for the worst hour

Average load is a comfortable number that hides the problem. Lanes, staffing and equipment are sized against the peak the site genuinely has to absorb.

03

Keep the record complete

Entry, exit, payment, override and exception are all logged and linked. It makes revenue defensible, disputes short and reporting a matter of record rather than reconstruction.

04

Stay accountable after handover

The same organisation that specified the system runs it and maintains it. There is no seam between supplier and operator for a problem to fall into.

The two halves have to answer to the same contract.

A system nobody operates properly fails quietly. An operation without a system fails expensively. When one organisation is answerable for both, the failure mode that matters most - everybody pointing at somebody else while a queue builds on the ramp - simply is not available.

01

We stay after commissioning

Most parking problems appear in month four, not week one. We are set up to operate a facility, not just to sell and install the equipment inside it.

02

The site decides the system

Ramp geometry, vehicle mix and peak behaviour come first. Equipment is selected against what the survey found, not against a standard package.

03

Every movement carries a record

Entry, exit, payment and override are logged and linked. That is what makes revenue defensible and disputes short.

04

Hardware and operations under one accountability

When the barrier, the software and the staff are answerable to the same contract, there is nobody left to blame at the gate.

Let's make parking work better.

Tell us the site type, roughly how many bays, and what is going wrong today. That is enough for a useful first conversation.
